We all know wisdom isn’t the only thing that comes with age, right? 😊. Our bodies change, too. But some of the things women associate with the tip over 40—muscle loss, a slowed metabolism, belly fat, lower energy—don’t have to be your destiny and I can show you how. There are plenty of ways to maximize your results, but let me tell you something about me first:
Confession => I have been a Chronic Dieter for most of my Life.
I HATED the word DIET mostly because the only thing I managed to think about was Calories and Food. It was controlling my mind and I became sick and obsessed with Food instead of loving it.
Despite my extreme effort somehow I kept Gaining Weight especially on my belly and I saw my love handle growing... then I realized I was doing Everything WRONG!
It took me a while, despite my knowledge, to restore the relationship with my body and heal my sick mind.
One thing I know for sure... I hated every single moment of dieting.
Did it take me a day? NO. A month? NO. It took me years to realize what was wrong and learn the tricks to lose weight and keep it off forever.
Now these secret tricks keep me in the best shape ever at my Midlife but also help the women I work with to lose their weight and belly fat while enjoying their food without restriction.
With my SHINE PROGRAM approach, I gave my body and mind what was really needed with baby steps. I figured out all the factors that made me feel unworthy and why I escaped into eating - or not eating.
My New Reality now is completely different and I can share that with you.
